Laurence CAPEL

Operations Manager
With a PhD in Food Science from AgroParisTech and a CAS in Nutrition from ETH Zurich, Laurence Capel has developed in-depth expertise in research, innovation, project management and scientific communication in the agri-food sector. Her experience in the industry has enabled her to develop skills in integrating innovative solutions to benefit healthcare. As H4’s Operational Manager, Laurence brings together multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative healthcare projects aimed at strengthening H4’s strategic role within the healthcare ecosystem. Her operational approach is based on a global vision, enabling the effective deployment of solutions tailored to the needs of H4 and its partners.
Thierry DAGAEFF

Project Manager
Thierry Dagaeff is a Ph.D. and an EPFL engineer. His career has taken him from physics to healthcare innovation, through artificial intelligence research and technological innovation. In addition to his experience in academia, he has worked with large companies, startups, and SMEs. This background allows him to build bridges between these worlds and propose successful innovation strategies. He brings a systemic approach to H4 in the organization and monitoring of innovative healthcare projects and in the creation and management of innovation and healthcare events.
